We are proud to be based in London, a world hub for recruitment. We are experts in the GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) region, recruiting for mid-level and senior management and specialist posts in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Saudi Arabia (KSA) and other Middle East countries.

With twenty years’ experience in Middle East recruitment, our founder chose to set up MESC to provide a unique service, complete with personalised attention and additional services. We understand the challenges companies face in recruiting the right candidate, which is why we have developed successful solutions to ensure we hire the right candidates for our partners.

Our assessments are carried out by experienced and dedicated consultants, not software. Our service does not end when we find suitable candidates – we carry out as much of the process as the employer requires: job interviewing, appointment to the position, and contractual matters.

Mohammad AL-awwad

For the past 20 years Mohammad has been leading the Human Resources divisions to become a model of leading practice in Human Resources Management & Development in the region.

With rich practical and academic accomplishments, Mohammad has over 20 years of HR experience and he continues to enhance his capabilities through executive education by some of the world’s top business schools such as INSEAD, The London Business School and IMD. In addition, Mohammad has completed an EMBA from HULT Business School.

Further to his current role as MESC CEO, Mohammad is playing an active role as he is taking part in several committees and introducing new initiatives.

Mohammad also plays an active role in supporting universities as he sits on the Dean’s Industry Board for the Texas A&M University in Qatar.
